This lesson is all around Product & Channel layers where we will be connecting your commercial model with the strategy of the brand from the Brand Choices and the Ladder system we did in the previous session.

We’re going to be starting at the Product layer (to understand how to commercialise your business) and the Channel layer (to understand how to connect the product strategy in your go-to-market and what the best routes there are).
