This lesson is all around the Numbers. We’ve looked at the gaps in your Brand, the Product, and Channel and now we will look at how to link that growth and where the gaps are with the numbers that sits behind it to understand the efficiency for growth.

For this session, we will be looking at all eight segments on the Audit Sheet and how to apply this audit against the numbers in your business. 

There are two key areas we will be looking at for this, Input and Output.
