Discover: Bridge (part 2)

This is week two of the five week session around innovation of the core.

 

At this stage of the cycle (Boom), everybody needs to look at reengineering – the core that could be looking at pricing, packaging, or positioning.

 

Linzi goes through a recap of last week’s session and the 3 words of your bridge; and this week shares the work that needs to be done around looking at your current product offering, mapping it against the ROI of each one and how that will overlap with the Portfolio session which will be covered in the next live class.
