People | leadership | strategy we work with small to medium business owners who want to have a thriving organisation that they enjoy running but aren’t handcuffed to. we have worked with over 400 businesses and found that instead of experiencing fun and enjoyment, often they feel handcuffed to an underpaying job with a lot of responsibility. they have built a team around them, but it’s just created bigger headaches for them and they feel like they can’t even take a holiday without everything falling apart. so we free them up to reconnect with the enjoyment and passion in their business. we free them up through using three key pillars: great people practices; really solid strategic thinking and implementation planning; and helping to develop them as leaders.
