I help hotels differentiate themselves better from the competition in order to be chosen for reasons that are not exclusively price related. within the luxury hospitality sector, the market has become very crowded, from the point of view of the consumer it resembles a sea of sameness. hotels need to work on their positioning, one that allows them to highlight their story, their differentiators and speak directly to their most suited audience. i work with corporate and executive teams to find their story, their positioning, and create a plan to communicate it outwards and ensure that it is applied to the guest experience.
