The course is designed to maximise the growth of your business over this next growth cycle through specific and deep diving into 5 topics:

This is 9 months of the 12-month Impact program that will cover the implementation of the Audit and Growth Strategy covered in the first 3 months (Find Your Formula and Business DNA).
The program supports business owners and leaders in building out Sales, Margin, and Strategic Growth to drive implementation and activation throughout the whole business model.
The program is designed to be intensive and collaborative in allowing you to work with a group of other business owners, it will run weekly for 9 months and we will get you ready.
The Program is also designed to be supportive, each week will consist of either closed group live classrooms, deep dive research and case study sessions, or live Q&A. Week-by-week we will guide you through each next step in the process over the 9 months.
In addition to the live learning, you will access a classroom of peers for support and to encourage peer-to-peer learning, and that will also be moderated by a member of the One Earth team who will be on hand to provide support and help with any questions.
